Corporat Relationship Officer

Country’s first all-in-one digital marketplace and solution provider for the automotive industry is looking for Corporate Relationship Officers to build and preserve trusting relationships with our customers. We’ll rely on you to drive our B2B business.To succeed in this role, you should be an excellent communicator, able to work with sales and marketing Manager and build rapport with customers to boost our brand and profits in the long-run.

Responsibilities
• Understand customer needs and develop plans to address them.
• Identify key staff in client companies to cultivate profitable relationships.
• Resolve customer complaints quickly and effectively.
• Forward upsetting and cross-selling opportunities to the sales team.
• Promote high-quality sales, supply, and customer service processes.
• Aim to preserve customers and renew contracts.
• Approach potential customers to establish relationships.
• Utilize consumer insights and market trends to develop innovative and effective campaign ideas.
• Execute end-to-end campaign management, including conceptualization, execution, monitoring, and optimization.
• Propose and implement innovative campaign ideas to drive customer engagement and brand awareness.

Requirements
• Minimum 2 Years’ experience in Corporate Sales
• Knowledge of customer relationship management (CRM) practices
• Problem-solving attitude
• Excellent communication skills
• Aptitude for fostering positive relationships
• Teamwork and leadership skills
• Customer-oriented mindset
• Business Graduate
• Must have proper knowledge about Vehicle and Automobile Industry.
